By Vivi Ami only offers repairs for jewelry that is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase. Please include your name, order number, and photos/details of the damaged item for review.

We accept returns of domestic orders within 30 days of original shipping date.
For refunds, a $10 return shipping & restocking fee will be deducted.
Refunds will be processed once the return is received and inspected by the team. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to the original form of payment. Refund returns received after the 30 days will be processed as store credit.
When returning an item for store credit, the restocking fee will be waived and credit will be applied once the product has been delivered and inspected.
When EXCHANGING item(s), the restocking fee will be waived. Email us at email@example.com with your name, order number, and pictures/details of what you want to exchange your order for.
New item(s) will be shipped once the exchange package is returned and received.
REQUESTING A RETURN

Please include the original order packing slip in the return package to expedite the refund process. Once your return/exchange has been created, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.
*Items received in a return package that have not been approved in the request will be returned to sender
International orders can be returned using the carrier of your choosing. Email us for the return steps.
Please note that for international returns, the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend insuring your package and emailing your tracking number and order number to email@example.com
