Shipping
By Vivi Ami ships from Jersey City, NJ. All domestic shipments will be processed and shipped via USPS within 3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express within 3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification.
Packages are picked up by USPS + DHL Express every weekday before 5pm EST.
USA SHIPPINGOrders will be processed within 3-5 business days upon purchase date. Orders placed are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take account for any possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or inventory availability. Orders will be shipped via USPS.
Shipping times may be delayed during high volume periods such as online sales, restocks or during the holidays. Customers will be notified if shipments are to be delayed longer than 5 business days.
USA SHIPPING METHODS
Domestic US orders are shipped via USPS Ground.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout: USPS Priority Mail (Delivery in 2 Business Days). We aim to prioritize expedited orders.

At this time, we are unable to offer pick up orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via DHL Express. DHL typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. International shipping costs do vary by shipping location and upon checkout and entering your location, the cost will be calculated.
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse to accept a shipment from By Vivi Ami, you will still be responsible for the original purchase and any shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to By Vivi Ami.
LOST PACKAGES
By Vivi Ami is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
In the unfortunate event that your package has not been received after delivery confirmation, please contact USPS to initiate a claim. This will prompt them to investigate the delivery and locate your package. Should they conclude that your package is lost, please email the claim status to support@byviviami.com and we will assist with a resolution.
*All claims must be processed within a week of the delivery confirmation.By Vivi Ami is not responsible for packages lost in transit, misdelivered, or stolen with a verified delivery notification to the shipping address.
