Your jewelry is handcrafted to last. Your purchase is protected by our 2-Year Limited Warranty, which covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered (Examples):

Stone setting issues (e.g., a stone falls out due to a setting flaw).

Clasps or mechanisms that fail under normal use.

Structural issues with the casting.
What’s Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear: This includes scratches, dings, or the natural patina (tarnish) that sterling silver develops over time.

Loss or Theft: Of the entire piece or any part (e.g., a stone).

Damage from Accidents, Neglect, or Improper Care: This includes damage from chemicals, swimming pools, or improper storage.

Damage from Sizing or Repair performed by someone other than ByViviAmi.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
